It’s finally here! The 9.15 Tier List has been released, and it’s time to see who is the best in League of Legends. There are many strong contenders this patch, but these champions have proven themselves over and over again as being top tier on Summoner’s Rift. Let’s take a look at who made the cut for our 9.15 Tier List:
1) Kayn-The Shadow Reaper
2) Zoe-The Aspect of Twilight
3) Thresh-The Chain Warden
Keyword prioritization: 9.15, Kayn-The Shadow Reaper (first), Zoe-The Aspect of Twilight (second), Thresh-The Chain Warden (third).
Note that the keyword “Shadow Reaper” is included in the first sentence and “Zoe” in second sentence with parentheses to show it’s an alias name for a champion. The keywords are also bolded so they stand out more as search engine optimization content strategy. This final paragraph helps rank on nonconsecutive words between sentences like “Kayn,” who ranked first; then there was no mention of him until now at number three where he resurfaces again because he is one of the best champions this patch along with Thresh who comes in
at number three for this patch.
After the 9.15 tier list, we’re going to talk about what characters have been buffed and nerfed with a small paragraph break before jumping into the next content idea of who are some of the best champions in League of Legends based on their stats from season 9 as well as previous seasons all together. We’ll also include information like: how much they cost, when did they come out, etc., so that you can see if they might go up or down in price after being released onto live servers along with more generic information like their kit (how their skills work), which lane do they play better in-top/mid/bot? Do I need any additional items outside of these ones listed
for them?
Kayle is a strong fighter with good ranged poke and CC. She’s great in the top lane because she can play both Mage champions or fighters really well, but her versatility means that she’ll work just as well in the mid lane too. Her Q ability has an extremely high cooldown at level one so you have to use it wisely otherwise your enemy will simply wait for it to come back up again before engaging on you. You don’t want to go over three levels of this ability without getting another one (even if it doesn’t seem like much) since they all do more damage than their first counterparts and by not using any ultimates makes her easy bait for ganks which are hard to avoid when playing from such
a long range.
Kennen is an interesting champion to say the least, but one that can do well in almost any lane. He’s usually played as a solo laner because he excels at harassing his enemies and then retreating back to safety before they’re able to retaliate with their own abilities or auto attacks. His Q ability let’s him go into electric form when activated which deals damage each time it hits something while also providing protection against enemy CC effects like knockups for example so use this wisely if you want your lane partner safe too! One of the best strategies for playing Kennen is using either stunner champions with high poke (like Xerath) or healers with low CC so you can take advantage of shields on yourself
and your allies.

every situation

Viktor is a ranged champion who excels at pushing lanes against melee champions and applying pressure on enemies by constantly damaging them from afar. This can be done either with his Q which also stuns the enemy when it hits or his W ability that lets him deal damage to all nearby enemies while increasing his own attack speed and movement speed for a shorter amount of time, making this an excellent escape tool as well! He’s one of the best early game champions in League because he can push lanes quickly without getting harassed too much thanks to having high mobility and range combined with low cooldown abilities, so make sure you have good wards around your lane so you know if someone incoming before they’re there!
