From there, the highly successful person is able to create an environment that helps themselves achieve those goals or ambitions through proactive planning.

For example, if I wanted to learn how to speak Spanish, the first thing I would do is create an environment that helps me achieve that goal. If I had a free hour in my day and could study for one of two things-Spanish or another subject like math – then it’s clear from this scenario which language should be studied based on what you want most to improve. But even when your schedule doesn’t allow for something as simple as studying during your free time, there are still ways we can help ourselves reach our goals through proactive planning; by setting aside just five minutes each morning before work so you have some downtime where you’re not too stressed but also don’t feel restless either.
