My friend, Andreas, is a furniture designer and blogger, and he recently wrote a guest post for us that discusses the three levels of self-awareness.
The first level of self-awareness is the ability to recognize that a certain action is what it is. In other words, we don’t just know what we are doing, we know why we are doing it. We have a clear sense of why we are doing it and know that the thing we are doing must be “right” in this situation.
The problem with this level of awareness is that it is too much effort for a person to maintain. If you are driving in your car and you do something that makes you get into an accident, you are doing the wrong thing. If you are walking down the street and you do something that makes you get into a fight with another person, you are doing the wrong thing. Your first instinct should be to run away from the fight, if only to avoid getting into an accident.
No, but even if you are watching your car, you should still be aware of what’s going on around you because if you do not, the person you are fighting with could be doing the same thing and you could be in a fight with them. This is a good thing because you should be able to react and avoid getting into an accident or getting into a fight with your friend.
And I am not just saying this because I am a complete idiot. I am a complete idiot because I am a complete idiot. I mean, I am a complete idiot because, well, I am a complete idiot. I mean, I am a complete idiot because, well, I am a complete idiot. I mean, I am a complete idiot because, well, I am a complete idiot. And this is the point where I would make a joke about how you should always use a little irony next to your name in your post. Except that I can’t really do that because I’m an idiot.
To make the point I want to make, a person who has a brain and a personality and is capable of doing anything can make a lot of stupid mistakes, yes. But at the same time, at the end of the day I have something that is not a person. That is, I have something that is a brain. I can think of a lot of stupid things, but I have also made a good point.
I want to make a point about the definition of insanity. If your brain is capable of thinking of a bunch of stupid things, then you should be able to think of a bunch of stupid things. But if your brain is incapable of thinking of a bunch of stupid things, then you should know that you are a loser.
This could be true or false depending on how you are defining insanity. But the important thing is that we can talk about what makes us think we’re a loser. A person who thinks she should be able to think of a bunch of stupid things, but can’t, is obviously a loser because she has no control over her brain. A person who thinks she can think of a bunch of stupid things, but is incapable of, is obviously also a loser because she has no control over her brain.
