Don’t Be Afraid to Ask For What You Want

book

When you’re a kid, it is easy to get what you want. All you have to do is ask for it! But as we grow up and enter the world of adulthood, this strategy doesn’t always work so well. It seems that adults are taught from an early age not to be selfish or rude. They learn that asking for things will make other people mad at them or hurt their feelings.
