So it’s time to turn this “trust” off and see if iTunes can connect with our device. We click the “Trusted Devices” button, select “no devices,” then check that box again. And voila! When we try syncing our phone once more, it actually works. Hooray! – Now I’m juggling my laptop and iPhone on a busy train while trying not to fall asleep because of how late it is–and also feeling like some sort of tech wizard for figuring out the problem myself when Apple support couldn’t do anything at all about it after two weeks of waiting for an answer from them . Such great customer service, huh?
