We had a great experience with the Marketing Department at ARK, and I know this is not true of all companies, but for us we found that we had a great team to work with. The Marketing Team did an excellent job of focusing on our marketing messaging and we didn’t stray from it. We didn’t try to do anything too flashy. We had a consistent message that we tried to convey.
The one thing they do that I thought we made a huge mistake on was the color of the logo. If you are trying to gain traction with your audience, a vibrant logo is important. It communicates your company’s message about what you do. You need to stand out from the crowd, and the ARK logo is not a shining example of this. We wanted something bright and shiny that was going to attract attention, and there was nothing wrong with that.
